At Platinum Electrolysis we take a comprehensive approach to each client's personal  needs. Our goal is for each client to be completely satisfied with the level of service received and the end result. Our staff is devoted to continuing education in their field so as to stay abreast on the topics of infectious desease control standards, legislation, causes of  hirsutism and other pertinent information to the field of permanent hair removal.
Our resident electrologyst is a graduate of the American Institute of Education and has received advanced training in the field. Her specialized knowledge of computerized electrolysis equipment and the latest methods of application put her at the top of her field. Her extensive background as a client and practicioner has provided her with the intuition and level of sensitivity required to cater to clients' needs. Our motto is "ridding the world of hirsutism one hair at a time!"
	Although we work on most areas of the body we specialize on faces (including eyebrow shaping), under-arms and bikini lines.  Remember, Electrolysis is for everyone,  men,  teens,  women  and  transgender. We have experience with working on even the most difficult cases, all skin and hair types.

Cancellations To better serve our clients, we require 24-hour notice for cancellation of appointments or there is a 50% charge per service. If appointment made the same day must cancel 4 hours prior to appointment or 50% of the service will be charged. We do our best to confirm all appointments 48 hours in advance, either by phone or email. However, it is up to the individual to keep track of scheduled appointment times and dates.
